A Book In Every Child's Hand

Because Access Changes Everything

Our Mission

To empower children in under-resourced communities by nurturing early language and literacy through books, advocacy, education, and community collaboration

We believe access to books is only the beginning. Children need opportunities to talk, listen, understand, ask questions, build vocabulary, and make meaning from what they read. That’s why we take an oral-language-first approach to foundational literacy in underserved communities.
